Help
Last updated 25 September 2026
LuliChat is an omnichannel workspace for businesses. Your team handles customer conversations, calls, campaigns, and internal work from one account. This page explains how to get started and where to go when something does not work.
Create a company account
- Open registration from the website or go to the LuliChat sign-up page.
- Enter the account owner's first and last name, the company name, and country.
- Add the company email and a password with upper and lower case letters, a number, and a symbol.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, then create the account.
- Confirm the email we send you. The person who registers becomes the workspace owner and can invite teammates later.
If you already have an account, use Login. A checkout link from pricing will take you back to the plan you chose after you sign in.
Choose a plan
Plans are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Nigerian naira. Yearly billing is charged once for the year. A new company may start on a trial. When the trial ends, or when you pick a paid plan, you pay the invoice for that plan.
- Get Started on a plan creates the company, then opens checkout for that plan.
- An open invoice can be paid from the subscription page. You do not need to start a second subscription for the same unpaid checkout.
- Moving to a higher plan keeps the current subscription and charges the difference for the time left in the period.
- The invoice total already includes VAT. The invoice view splits that total into the amount before tax and the VAT portion.
Work in the inbox
After you sign in, customer conversations live as tickets. You can filter open work, assign it to teammates, and keep the history on the ticket.
- Channels. Connect WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email, and SMS. Each connection brings that inbox into the same ticket list. What you can connect depends on your plan.
- Queues. Split conversations so the right team sees them first.
- Contacts and leads. Store the people you talk to and track leads before they become customers.
- Quick responses and tags. Save replies your team reuses, and label tickets and contacts.
- Files. Send and keep files inside a conversation, within the storage on your plan.
Calls, campaigns, and AI
- Calls. Where your plan includes the call center, the team can place and receive calls from the workspace.
- Campaigns and schedules. Send broadcasts and schedule messages. You are responsible for having permission to message those people, and for following the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, and other channel providers.
- AI. Some plans include an AI token allowance for replies and campaigns. Tokens are a usage limit, not a guarantee that every reply will be correct. Review automated messages before you rely on them with customers.
Team and internal work
Invite teammates up to the seat limit on your plan. Roles control who can administer the workspace. Internal chat is for your team. Kanban is for moving tasks across stages inside LuliChat. Announcements are posts to the team, not messages to customers.
Billing questions
- Payments for subscriptions are taken through GlobalPay. LuliChat stores the invoice, amount, status, and payment reference.
- If a payment does not complete, the invoice stays open. Return to subscriptions and pay that invoice. Starting checkout again should reuse the unpaid subscription instead of creating another one.
- A free plan is activated when you select it. It does not leave an open invoice.
- To change plan, open select plan from your subscription. Downgrades stay on the current plan until the period ends.
Account access
- Use the email and password from registration to sign in.
- If you forget the password, use the reset link on the login page.
- Two-factor authentication can be turned on from the account when you want a second check at sign-in.
- Keep the owner email current. Invoices, verification, and plan notices go there.
